This lavender scented lotion is packed with magnesium to help with:
Restless legs, insomnia, headaches, muscle soreness, and stress. One Tsp=250 mg of magnesium.
I like to apply to the bottoms of my feet at night~and soon....lights out!
Once you dip into it, try and use it within 4 months.
Made in South Dakota!
Directions:
Start with 1/2 tsp, working your way up to 1 tsp if needed.
It will feel a little tacky to the touch because of the magnesium oil, which is why It is great to apply to my feet!
Ingredients:
Beeswax, distilled water, magnesium flakes, organic coconut oil, shea butter
Essential oils of: lavender.
