    Live Inspired 365

    Live Inspired 365 was started by two moms whose lives have been impacted by mental illness. It is not discriminatory and we feel everyone should know it is OK not to be OK. We promote Mental Health Awareness by creating projects to support others that are struggling with Mental Illness. These projects spark powerful conversations about Mental Health, and that is where HOPE is found and healing can begin.

    Don't be afraid to talk about mental health

    There is comfort in conversation and hope in helpful resources. Please don't be afraid to talk about mental health. The more we normalize it, the more likely people are to get help when they need it. THANK YOU for your support!!
